Raw Metal
We source top-grade zinc alloy, brass, iron, or acrylic sheets tailored to your product specs.
Die Casting
High pressure injects molten metal into the mold to form the core shape of your pin or coin.
Die Cutting
Excess metal is cleanly stamped away, leaving crisp, exact outer borders.
Welding Attachement
Butterfly clutches, safety pins, magnets, or screw posts are firmly soldered onto the back.
Electroplating
Items are plated with your choice of gold, nickel, black dye, antique finishes, and more.
Enamel Filling / Coloring
Soft or hard enamel is carefully filled into the recessed areas using Pantone (PMS) color matches.
Post-Production
