Kunshan Shengyide Metal Crafts did an amazing job on my soft enamel pins. I worked with their rep Eudora Xie who was very friendly, professional, and timely with their communication. In terms of the process, the product pricing was great, they had great communication and provided me with any info I needed to delivery content for production, and they kept me informed every step of the way. And they also delivered the completed order earlier than promised! Apparently my cat approves as well (see photo). If I need more enamel pins, they will be at the to of my list to handle the job.
Patches were perfect. Production time was fast and so was the shipping. We will be using them again.
Overall, the process of ordering this was super efficient and smooth. Moreover, Brittany was very helpful and generous throughout the process. The woven keychains also came in good quality.

This shipment was delayed for several days, and we lost money with the client we were serving.
