About the Customization
Usually, we accept single-piece orders. The actual MOQ depends on your project.
Yes, we fully support custom designs. Vector files (such as AI, CDR, PDF) are preferred. If you don’t have them, high-resolution PNG, JPG, or hand-drawn sketches work too, and our design team can convert them for you for free.
The standard process is: Submit Design & Requirements Quotation & Confirmation Pay Mold/Sample Fee Artwork Proof Confirmation Sample Production Sample Approval & Balance Payment Bulk Production Quality Inspection & Shipping.
Free design changes are available before artwork proof approval. However, no modifications can be made once the proof is approved and mold-making or production has begun.
We mix all standard production colors using the Pantone Matching System (PMS). Since monitor displays vary, we match against physical Pantone Solid Coated codes rather than on-screen previews to ensure accurate color matching.
Yes, we provide sample packs. But need to charge $20 for the shipping.
There is no limit to the number of colors you can add. However, please be aware that an increase in the number of colors signifies a more complex production process and will result in a higher unit price due to the additional time required.
The standard size is 1.5″ to 3″. For other size requirements, please contact us.
Generally, lapel pins range from 25mm to 50mm, with a thickness of 1.2mm–2.0mm; challenge coins typically range from 38mm to 50mm, with a heavy-duty thickness of 3mm–4mm; keychains generally measure between 40mm and 60mm.
However, the actual custom sizes can be based on your design.
About the Craftsmanship
Our challenge coins are made from a wide range of materials, including zinc and steel. Zinc allows more details but has lighter and non-magnetic coins while steel coins are sturdy but accommodate fewer details.
For soft enamel pins, we offer a variety of finishes including shiny gold, shiny silver, shiny copper, black metal, antique gold, antique brass, antique silver, antique copper, and rainbow metal plating. For hard enamel pins, our finishes include shiny gold, shiny silver, shiny copper, rose gold, and shiny black nickel.
We maintain strict quality control to keep defects near zero. If any defective items slip through, we will remake and replace them immediately at no cost to you.
With offset printed coins, the design is printed onto a rubber roller before being transferred onto the coin surface. This indirect method allows for vibrant colors and photo-realistic details that standard stamping can’t achieve.
Common materials include zinc alloy, brass, iron, stainless steel, acrylic and leather. Choose the ideal material for your design.
Soft Enamel: Colors are filled into recessed areas, leaving a noticeable tactile texture and raised metal lines.
Hard Enamel: Colors are filled and then polished down until completely smooth and flat with the metal, offering a high-end, durable finish.

Printing includes silkscreen and offset printing. It is ideal for designs with rich color gradients, complex photographs, or micro-text. The surface is usually coated with a protective layer of epoxy resin.
Our plating options include shiny gold, silver, rose gold, antique finishes (bronze, nickel), black nickel, and dual plating. Each piece is electroplated for maximum durability, retaining its luster over time with proper care (avoiding direct exposure to harsh chemicals, heavy sweat, or saltwater).
Popular options include 3D double-sided relief, reeded/slant-cut edges, laser serial numbering, translucent enamel, glow-in-the-dark effects, and antique coin finishes.
Our hardware options include split rings, lobster clasps, chains, swivel snap hooks, leather straps, and silicone bands. We recommend selecting the attachment style that best fits your design and functional requirements.
Common backings include butterfly clutches (metal or rubber), safety pins, strong magnets (ideal for high-end pins without piercing clothing), and cufflink attachments.
Yes, all raw materials are eco-friendly and non-toxic, meeting international environmental tests such as Lead-Free, Cadmium-Free, and Nickel-Free, fully compliant with North American and European export standards.

About the After-sales Service
If you inspect your order upon arrival and notice clear enamel peeling, scratches, severe breakage, incorrect dimensions, or other factory flaws, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or videos. Once verified as a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a free reproduction or a full refund.
Due to the handcrafted nature of metal polishing and enamel color mixing, slight color variations (within 5% of Pantone standards) and minor dimension tolerances (±0.5mm) are standard industry norms and not considered quality defects.
We provide digital artwork proofs for final customer approval prior to production. Once a proof is approved, production will follow the exact specifications shown. If an overlooked error occurs on an approved proof, we can support you with a discounted rate for reproduction.
Yes, we provide standard commercial invoices for corporate accounting and customs clearance. If you need specific tax details or localized invoice formats (such as VAT ID inclusion), please confirm with our team before placing your order.
While we use reinforced, double-wall cartons and protective bubble wrap to ensure safe transport, rough handling during transit can occasionally cause minor damage. If any items arrive damaged or bent, simply provide photos, and we will include free replacements with your next order or issue a proportional refund.
We offer full workday customer support. Messages are typically answered within a few hours, and urgent after-sales inquiries receive a concrete solution within 48 hours.
